Open communication, both verbal and written, is the key to achieving this goal. It builds trust and engages your team, allowing your business to be more flexible and healthy. Also, when your team has access to the information they need they can do their job more effectively and they’re more productive.

    Effective listening is a critical skill and separates great leaders from the average person.
