    Couch to 5K: Vacation, Disney and ChocolateThank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughtful notes and emails of support this week. You have propped me up during a really difficult time.* (see note at bottom)

    So this week I have totally crashed and burned on my workout plan.

    Monday:

    We were joined by a new runner, Melpo, who is totally great and is just starting the Couch to 5K plan, so my slow running pace makes us great partners. Susan and Dana share a faster pace, so there’s something there for everybody – which feels really good.

    Tuesday:

    Mom and I spent almost all day doing paperwork and going to different appointments to take care of things after Dad’s passing last week.
