		<description>Karen, thank you for your kind comments.  I agree that our less than stellar results offer us great opportunities to learn and grow.  So often we listen more to what we think we should do and ignore our heart or our gut instinct.  When our head tells us to do one thing and our heart or &#039;gut&#039; gives us different advice we can experience frustration or make a decision that doesn&#039;t totally feel right.  Reflecting on successes and failures helps to give both our head, heart and gut an equal voice so we make better decisions in the future.</description>

I especially liked your discussion of the fact that although writing goals is important, it is sometimes more important to let things change organically and not feel like a failure if things didn&#039;t seem to go exactly as planned. I think those are the times when we often make the most strides -- as long as we don&#039;t fall victim to &quot;Bright Shiny Object Syndrome,&quot; right?</description>
